2 T whole milk

2 T additional flour

¼ t salt plus additional salt for salting fries after cooking

Then your body is not tolerating the phytic acid in the oats, and you have to soak the oats for a few hours or overnight to reduce the acidity of the oats. Or you should lightly roast the oats, but since instant oats are precooked it usually does not create any issues. These snacks are perfect for you to eat at home!

Rip the leaves from the stem of the kale.

Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper, then arrange on baking sheet in a single layer

Bake for 10 minutes.

Wash sweet potato and cut it into strips.

Toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10.

Slice the tomatoes.

Pluck basil leaves from the stems, then wash and dry. Stack the leaves and roll tightly, then slice.

Drizzle olive oil on a piece of pita bread and rub in with your hands or the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese, then add other toppings, like tomato and basil.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Drizzle olive oil on a piece of pita bread and toast for several minutes.

Slice an avocado and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Stuff the pita with avocado, or place the avocado on top of the bread.

Slice an apple, and cut out the core with a knife. Spread peanut butter on one of the slices, then top with dried fruit and another apple slice.

This is a healthy sprouts snack. This is a good diabetic and a weight loss recipe.

Ingredients:-

1 cup of moong sprouts

1/2 cup green pea sprouts

1 tsp ghee

1/4 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

salt to taste

some finely chopped cilantro

500gr self-raising flour

pinch of salt

2 tsp baking powder

12 tsp caster sugar

2 eggs

oil

milk.

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 200C

Step 1: Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

Step 2: Break an egg into the cup, fill to halfway with milk and then fill to the top with oil. Pour in a separate bowl.

Step 3: Repeat step 2 and add to other egg mix.

Step 4: Beat egg mixture with your electric beater while adding the caster sugar a little at a time. You willend up with a foamy mixture. Add the flour all at once and mix sing the “cutting mehod”.

Step 5: Place dough on a floured surface and flatten with your fingers until it is about 4 cm thick.

Step 6: Use a round scone cutter and cut out the scones. Work very lightly with you fingers.

Step 7: Place on a baking tray, very close together(this ensures that the scone rises up, yielding beautifully risen and fluffy scones.

Step 8: Egg wash and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 200C.
