A healthy lifestyle is legit a full time job, it's best to prep meals because 99% of the time if you don't your busy schedule gets in the way and you end up not paying attention to what your feed your body. Exercise & Diet go hand in hand. I am not a chef or a personal trainer but have been practicing a "Healthy Lifestyle" for a while now so this video is based off of my own expereince & what I do that helped me get in shape. Eating the same thing weekly can get boring so feel free to change your meals out. Just remember if you are trying to be healthy that it's a journey not a destination :)
