This is a healthy sprouts snack. This is a good diabetic and a weight loss recipe.
Ingredients:-
1 cup of moong sprouts
1/2 cup green pea sprouts
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
some chopped onions
grated carrot
some finely chopped cilantro
few curry leaves chopped
1/2 a lemon
1 tsp ghee or
